Carving Set This custom handcrafted carving set will make a beautiful one-of-kind gift. It is the only one in the entire world made by me. The knife and fork are made from high carbon ATS-34 stainless steel and the knife is sub-zero quenched with a triple temper. The knife blade is 3/32" X 1" X 9 1/4" and is 14 1/4" overall with a full tang. It is hollow/flat ground with a hand rub finish. The partner fork is made of the same materials and is 10 1/2" overall. The bolsters are 416 stainless steel and the handle wood is Desert Ironwood. The handle bolts are also stainless steel. The presentation box is Walnut with a smooth finish. The presentation plate, lower left corner, is blank 410 stainless steel with a hand filed edge. It can easily be removed and engraved at any local trophy shop.
